Advertising in the Ballantrae Newsletter
Information on advertising for each bimonthly edition of the Ballantrae newsletter can be found by clicking on advertising information or ad sizes.
The Ballantrae newsletter is delivered to every residence in Ballantrae - giving you advertising access to more than 3,000 customers and potential customers!
We believe our residents will return the favor by patronizing those businesses.
We thank you in advance for advertising support of the Ballantrae community.
The newsletter is published in magazine-style, in 8-1/2 by 11-inch format on white stock. To see a copy of our newsletter, go to our archives .
Looking at our newsletter, you will find two important "pluses" for advertisers:
- We publish a minimum number of ads. Fewer ads mean more consumers see and read yours!
- Our on-line version puts your ad on the internet. If you include your web address in your ad, we'll link to it on-line. Anyone reading your ad in our on-line edition can "click the link" and be automatically re-directed from our newsletter to your website!
We think you will be pleased with our newsletter and proud to be among our advertising sponsors.
Ads defray the printing and distribution costs of our newsletter that is produced by community volunteers. Once we receive advertising sufficient to cover those costs, advertising is closed for that edition. Here are the first-come, first-served deadlines for receipt of ads and payments for each bi monthly edition:

** Advertising is on a first-come, first-served basis. Based upon demand, ad slots may be sold out before these dates. Ads will then be accepted for the next issue.
Let us know of your advertising plans even before submitting your copy. We will hold space for five (5) calendar days awaiting your ad and payment. At this time, we do not have graphics design capability. That means all ads must be submitted in final format.
The highest quality computer formats for ads also happen to be those are also easiest for us to work with.
Quality reproduction requires all ads you create to be saved at 300 dpi (dots per inch). They then have to be formatted as jpegs and/or PDF's. If you ad includes a photo or graphics, we recommend the jpeg format. If you can provide only an original copy of your ad (such as a business card or other paper copy), we will assess its quality for you.

Checks in full payment ads must be made payable to "Ballantrae HOA" with "newsletter ad" on the memo line. They should be mailed to: The Ballantrae Newsletter at 17611 Mentmore Blvd. in Land O' Lakes, FL 34638.
No advertising space is considered sold until the ad and full payment are received.
