Obtaining Proper ID
	Access to all Clubhouse facilities is limited to residents of the Ballantrae community or individuals who have joined the amenities program. You can obtain a “swipe card” at the clubhouse office during normal business hours. Please bring evidence of residence.

Clubhouse Reservations: Clubhouse Rental Forms: Below is a link to the Clubhouse Rental Form found on the CDD website (www.ballantraecdd.org). Clubhouse Rental Form Note: Each Rental request must have a completed rental form and 2 separate checks for the security deposit and the rental fee. Be sure to check the Ballantrae Calendar of Events for clubhouse availability prior to making your request.
