Community Center Policies
- The Ballantrae Community Development District Community Center (the "Community Center") may only be used by the Ballantrae Community Development District residents, guests and non-resident membership holders.
- Individuals or groups wishing to make reservations for the private and exclusive use of the Community Center shall contact the District Manager at lease two (2) weeks prior to the date of their event to make a reservation. Reservations are taken in the order in which they are received and the Community Center may not be reserved in blocks exceeding four (4) hours. The Community Center may not be reserved on holidays or more than four times annually by any household or group.
- Illegal activities are not permitted within the Community Center.
- All persons using the Community Center do so at their own risk.
- Children under the age of 12 using the Community Center must be accompained by a parent or a person 18 years old or older at all times.
- Skateboards, in-line skates, or similar equipment is not allowed in the Community Center at any time.
- Alcohol is not permitted in the Community Center unless in conjuction with an approved room rental.
- Furniture shall not be removed from the Community Center at any time.
- After using the Community Center, all equipment, furnishings and other District property shall be returned to its original location and condition.
- Ballantrae Community Development District is not responsible for items left at the Community Center.
- All food or other items must be removed from the Community Center.
- All persons using the Community Center must obey the Pasco County noise ordinances and the posted capacity limits of the facility as defined by the Pasco County Fire Marshall.
- No animals except service dogs as provided by law shall be allowed in the Community Center without written authorization from the District Manager.
