All lawn art and figurines must be removed immediately from front flower beds and front porch areas. These must be approved by the Design Review Board.
All garbage cans must be kept out of site on non-pick up days. The garbage cans may be taken to the curb no earlier than 6:00 p.m. the evening before your scheduled pick up. Please remove your empty can as soon as possible upon your return from work.
