- It is illegal to park in the streets of Ballantrae (It violates Pasco County Law)
- You cannot block the sidewalk
- Commercial Vehicles MUST BE PARKED IN YOUR GARAGE (This violates the Ballantrae Deed if parked in your driveway)
- If you are having a party where you need to have vehicles parked in the street or need to park vehicles overnight see the link below and you must apply to the County for a street parking permit. A fee applies to this application. You may also go to the Central Pasco Professional Center located at 4111 Land O Lakes Blvd.
