Three (3) Free TV Boxes Per Home

You will be required to have a digital receiver on each TV in your home by July 17, 2018. If you obtain your services under the community’s agreement with Spectrum; Spectrum will supply you with three (3) Spectrum Receivers at no cost to you for up to the current agreement between Spectrum and the Community.

What is happening to your service?

Spectrum is upgrading its entire channel lineup to a digital-only signal. This change will allow us to deliver you an increase in HD channels as well as improve all TV channels with even better picture and sound quality. In addition, we will be able to offer you a more expansive lineup of channels, increase your Internet speed, and provide exciting new products and services for you to enjoy—including access to thousands of FREE On Demand choices.

Who will be affected?

Any customer who subscribes to TV service and connects their cable line directly into the back of their TV will lose picture on all channels.

What will happen to your current TV channels?

Some channels will be added, other current channels will be moving to new locations and some channels will be removed, consistent with your level of service.

What should you do?

If you have an existing set-top-box, digital transport adapter (DTA), or retail device with a CableCARD on each TV you are watching, you should be unaffected by this change. If you connect your cable line directly into the back of your TV, you will need to order a self-installation kit. You’ll find all the equipment your TVs need to be 100% digital-ready, plus simple step-by-step instructions so you can easily make the upgrade in minutes - no technician necessary.

Parking is Never Permitted on the Three SSS’s

Sod, Streets & Sidewalks

Sod- Parking on the sod or landscaping of any property in Ballantrae is prohibited. This means the road verge between the street and sidewalk of each property is also off limits to vehicle parking. The HOA has and will continue to fine any homeowner that allows vehicles to park on non-paved surfaces visible to any neighboring homeowner with-in the Ballantrae community.Picture of a no parking logo

Streets- It’s against HOA and Pasco County law to park on any street within the Ballantrae community. Pasco County Sheriffs have been ticketing vehicles for parking in the right-of-way with in the community. Most offenders are parking overnight, parking for extended periods of time or obstructing traffic with in the community. Be a good neighbor and save yourself a ticket at the same time by parking in your garage or driveway.

Sidewalks- Our beautiful community has miles of sidewalks that shouldn’t be obstructed or occupied by parked vehicles. Not only is it against, HOA, County and State law, it becomes a safety hazard when pedestrians are forced off the side walk on to our community’s busy streets. Remember to take into special consideration children or citizens with handicaps that depend on the availability of an unobstructed path.

The Ballantrae HOA wants to thank the residents who follow these important rules to make our community a safe and enjoyable place to reside.
