HOA President resigns after 13 years of dedicated service to Ballantrae Residents. Richard Solkin has sold his home and moved out of the Community resulting in his resignation. We are sad to see such a devoted hard working resident leave the Board. He said Ballantrae was an amazing place to raise his son and have a family with great schools close to everything.
The new HOA President is Ed Holloway a Castleway Residnet.

A Big complaint has been yards and violations. The Board is taking this seriously. We are ramping up the fining committee and the legal direction with persistent violators. At the end of the day we would rather have 800 happy home owners and go after the 171 who don't care us much as the rest of you. Clearly we all bought homes in Ballantrae because its a great Community and we like having Deed restrictions. Its important to maintain your yards, power wash your driveways, fix cracked stucco, paint your homes, and No parking in yards on the grass. Street Parking is prohibited in Pasco County. The Sheriffs Office is enforcing this and writing a lot of tickets. Stop complaining to the HOA as its a County Ordinance.
If your reading this and you get a letter from the HOA Attorney all I can say is please comply and correct your properties issues. If not the fines and legal fees will not go away and most likely get quite costly.
