The Clubhouse rental/reservation calendar is supervised and maintained by the CDD because it manages all community-owned property in Ballantrae.

Landowners are reminded that hours are not reserved until the CDD receives completed forms plus rental and damage deposit checks.
Note that clubhouse rentals include only the meeting room and adjacent rest rooms. It does not include use of the pool deck, pool or park for invitees who are not Ballantrae residents.
